Только за 2023 год в регионе задержали более 3 тысяч пьяных водителей, в 2024 их уже более тысячи. Считаю, наказание, которое сейчас предусмотрено не позволяет справиться с проблемой. Нужно менять федеральный закон.
Совместно с депутатами Законодательного собрания и сенаторами от Амурской области мы выступим с предложением значительно ужесточить наказание за вождение в состоянии опьянения.

Spiking bond yields driving sharp losses in tech stocks

A spike in interest rates and its impact on the stock market depends on the economic backdrop, according to Paulsen. Rising interest rates amid a strengthening economy "may prove no challenge at all for stocks," Paulsen said.
